MARINE PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT

In order to ensure that the company’s development is well managed and continuous, Carisbrooke are pleased to invite applications from highly professional and suitably qualified personnel.

Applications are welcomed principally for the following ranks:

Master  /  Chief Engineer  /  Chief Officer  /  2^nd Engineer  /  OOW (Deck and Engine)

All applicants are carefully selected with regard to the particular vessels we operate. You should be certified in accordance with STCW 95, and ideally would have some experience of the Dry Bulk / General Cargo trade and ships in the 2500-30000 dwt range.

Effective communications are also essential in today’s global environment.  Vessels are trading internationally and seafarers are recruited from several selected sources around the world.  Consequently a good command of the English language is essential and all personnel should be willing to work in close proximity to colleagues of different cultures and nationalities.
